Systecon has a long history of supplying custom process water management systems for the automotive industry. Systecon's custom ability allows us to meet all custom specifications, such as the GM standards. Systecon has provided HVAC and process related equipment for all phases of car manufacturing, from the main production lines to the sub-assembly manufacturers such as plastic fittings throughout the car.
Systecon main benefit for the automotive world is our use of programmable logic controllers (PLC's). In contrast to the standard HVAC controller, the Systecon control system is compatible with all PLC's used for the process and assembly lines in any type of manufacturing plant. Systecon can even integrate programming outlines supplied by the end user to provide user-friendly ladder logic. Finally, Systecon can integrate any special valve, fitting, or electrical component desired by the facility director for commonality of components.
Spotlight Job
An automotive paint facility in Toledo, Ohio was in need of a large chilled water central plant. Being a paint facility, it was crucial to have no silicone present in the system, at any trace level. Our efforts culminated into a 3000 total ton VariPrime™ package, completed within an eighteen week expedited lead time. Please note that this central plant is a system considered under the umbrella of products offered via our new division, Resylution™.
