Many process cooling and heating systems require integration into the manufacturing process control systems, customization to the plant’s standard equipment list and specialized control strategies to operate the process equipment. Systecon can customize a system to include components specific for an industrial process, such as stainless steel piping and heat exchangers, shell and tube or plate and frame heat exchangers, electrical equipment with various voltage supplies, and custom control sequences. Systecon will work with the customer to meet specifications of space requirements and vendor specific components.

Systecon’s SCRIPT controls are based on PLC technology, which is exclusively used in industrial processes. This allows for integration between platforms and allows for operations to quickly and effectively understand how the Systecon system is operating.
